One of the nicest shopping and entertainment venues in
Atlantic City is The Quarter at Tropicana.
There are several great resturants from Red Square, The
Palm, Carmine's, PF Changs, and Ri Ra. All are a nice place
to have a great dinner or drinks with friends. There is a
small specility grocery store Zeytinia Gourmet Food &
Marketplace,with fresh homemade Gelatti, prepared items and
a wonderful selection of fruits and vegatables.
The shopping features everything from Brooks Brothers, White
House Black Market, Chicos, Blue Mercury, Jake's Dog House
and The Spy House. If you need a unique gift to take home
try The Old Farmer's Almanac General Store, Zephyr Gallery
or Rittenhouse Gift and Home.
Need some time away from the casino? Take in a movie at the
Trop Imax Theatre. There are always at least 3 different
movies from fun nature and sports films to first run
Hollywood Blockbusters. Nothing beats the excitement of an
Imax movie.
Inside the Tropicana Resort, there are also some
great eating establishments like Hooters, A Dam Good Deli
and Sports Bar, Fiesta Buffet, Corkey's Ribs, Wellington
Steak House, Seaside Cafe and Create A Cone.
For something different, the Comedy Stop at the Trop has
been making visitors and locals laugh for over 20 years.
Located on the second level of
The Tropicana
Quarter, not yet famous comedians show their stuff.
Several acts are included during each show and light snacks
